1. What’s included in the Kuryna set?
Each Kuryna set contains:
• 4 treatment ampoules (7 ml each)
• 2 micro-needle applicator (individually sealed, sterile)
• 1 plastic applicator for REPAIRCODE
2. Is there a product guarantee?
Yes. All Kuryna products are safely packaged and sealed. If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or unsealed item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days.
Due to the sterile nature of the products, once opened, returns are no longer possible.
3. What ingredients are in the ampoules?
Each ampoule contains over 35 active ingredients, including:
• 4 peptides (EGF, Copper Tripeptide, Botox-like, etc.)
• Retinol, Glutathione, Snail Extract
• Centella Asiatica, Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Chamomile
• Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, Beta-Glucan

4. How do I use the micro-needle applicator?
The micro-needle applicator is designed for personal use only.
– You can reuse it for all 4 ampoules (over 4 weeks), as long as it’s disinfected immediately after each use with 70% alcohol or an antibacterial solution.
– Do not share it with others.
Kuryna is not responsible for infections or reactions caused by improper use.
5. How long should I use the treatment?
• For visible results: 4 consecutive weeks (1 ampoule per week)
• For long-term anti-aging effects: 2–3 months
• The treatment can be repeated 2–4 times a year, depending on your skin’s needs.
6. Is microneedling painful?
Only mildly uncomfortable – similar to pressing a soft toothbrush against the skin. No anesthesia needed. Slight redness may occur, typically gone within 1–2 hours.
7. Can I use the serum without the microneedles?
Yes, but the absorption rate of the active ingredients is lower. Microneedles help deliver the ingredients deep into the skin layers for better results.
8. Is it suitable for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin?
Yes. The formula is free from fragrance, alcohol, and harsh ingredients. REPAIRCODE also provides an intensive calming effect. Still, we recommend patch-testing if your skin is highly reactive.
9. What if I miss an application?
It doesn’t have to be the exact same day each week, but try to keep the routine consistent. Don’t double the dose if you skip a session.
10. Do I need to apply cream afterward?
You may apply a gentle repair cream after 10–15 minutes.
SPF 50 is mandatory the next morning, as the product contains Retinol.
11. Can I use other products with Retinol or acids during the treatment?
Avoid using strong actives (AHA, BHA, pure Vitamin C, Retinol) on the same day. You can alternate on other days, only if your skin tolerates them well.
12. Can I wear makeup after treatment?
Not within the first 24 hours. Allow your skin to rest and recover before applying makeup.
13. If the product doesn’t work, what guarantee do I have?
If after 3–4 treatment sessions with Kuryna you don’t see visible results, we will refund 100% of your money back.
