Right of Refund (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquired possession of the goods.

The withdrawal form is available on this page. Hygiene exception: There is no right of withdrawal for sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.
The customer bears the costs of returning the product. A refund will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected (intact product, original packaging, unbroken seal – if applicable).
